 Always treat these events as outdoor events!
Dress accordingly! After Parties are in the Outdoor Coach House or other locations
Regular Mystery Dinners are held in the Periwinkle Dinning Room.


Weather
We are NOT responsible for weather issues! In most cases the dinners go forward in lite weather conditions. Threatening or dangerous weather, or weather that would be deemed to uncomfortable will cause reschedules or cancellations. Your tickets and rooms will be extended as long as necessary for you to reschedule. In most cases your tickets will not be refunded as we will extend expiration as long as needed. Please note that Periwinkle is located near water, Flooding may be an issue for spring shows. If we have to cancel, your expiration will be extended, we do not offer refunds.

Late Season Booking
DO NOT wait until the last minute to book your dinner! These dates fill fast! If you wait to long the date you desire will be full. We are not responsible for late season bookers who are shut out. Call early in the season to reserve, or call to see if your desired date is available 319-551-3660. No refunds will be made for unbooked or late booked dinners.

For specials
1/2 off, Groupon, Living Social, Heres the Deals...etc
No refunds are made by us, you must request refunds to the company you purchased them from. No Exceptions

Special Food Request
In most cases we will try to accommodate some of your food needs if you have phoned ahead.  We can offer more salad, extra veggies, bread. Some food requests are too complicated for us to have prepared by the caterer.  We are not responsible for allergies, or reactions. The food is prepared in bulk.

Refunds
Make sure you understand what you are purchasing. We work very hard to provide a good experience. We have NO control over underacting from other clients, or you.
We have no control over personal tastes. Read and ask questions...before you purchase mysteries and or rooms. Come with the attitude of letting go and having fun! It makes the entire evening enjoyable for everyone!
We Do Not Refund, we reschedule

We are not responsible for bad weather situations.

Scheduling
Most events are dependent on the parts being filled and have a certain number of participants. If you are a NO SHOW  or reschedule too late, it complicates the event for everyone. PLEASE give a 10 day notice if you think you cant make your reservation. We are understanding of emergencies or uncontrollable circumstances.. There are no refunds for no show or events you don't attend. No reschedule for no shows or late cancelers. 

A 10 Day cancellation policy is enforced! Also we are not responsible if no shows or last minute cancelers  affect your scheduled Mystery. You may be offered a return visit, however we cannot control if clients do not show for their reservation.   


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel are being difficult  or unreasonable. We do not issue refunds.




All Events, Mysteries, Rooms MUST be paid in full at time of booking
